What we need from you
Document upload happens during your booking flow into our encrypted EU vault. Files are deleted after expedition completion or 24 months, whichever comes first.
Passport
At bookingValid for at least 6 months beyond expedition end date. We need a clear scan of the photo page.
Hunting license
At bookingIssued by your country of residence and currently valid. Translation not required if in EU language.
Firearm permit
At bookingRequired if you are bringing your own rifle. Skip this document if you are renting from our armory.
European Firearms Pass
At booking (EU)EU residents only. Streamlines firearm import authorization significantly.
Hunting insurance certificate
At bookingThird-party liability insurance covering hunting accidents abroad, minimum €500,000 coverage.
Medical fitness declaration
30 days pre-arrivalSelf-declared form for high-altitude expeditions (chamois, wolf). We provide the template.
Trophy import permits
Post-harvestCountry-specific CITES import permits for bear, wolf, chamois. We provide the originating documents; you arrange country-of-residence approval.
