The classic Romanian brown bear hunt. Operated under Ministry of Environment quota in the Brașov county hunting district, this seven-day expedition combines hochsitz observation at established baiting stations with classical spot-and-stalk approaches in the high beech forests above 1,200 meters. Trophies regularly score in the 25–28 CIC range, with several gold medals taken every season. Welcome dinner at a restored 18th-century manor lodge, English-speaking master guide assigned one-to-one, and full coordination of firearm import permit and CITES export documentation.

Firearm import and trophy export handled before I even thought to ask. The guides know these mountains like their own backyard.
